Baiwei Lighting runs a focused factory for LED diffusers and optical lenses, from injection and extrusion to tooling and batch inspection.

Our injection lines and extrusion machinery run LED diffuser and lens batches on a controlled schedule. Tooling workshops maintain the molds that keep each custom profile repeatable from sample to production.

This setup lets us move a custom component from approved drawing into batch production without handing the work to outside suppliers.
